Review: The Bauer Total One Gloves are currently the newest gloves that Bauer has to offer on the market today. My first impression was how snug the gloves were to my hands.  They are abnormally snug compared to other gloves.  This is not a bad thing, just takes a little getting used to.  Another thing I noticed was how light they were.  These gloves are extremely light but the important thing about them is that they do not sacrifice protection with their lightweight design.  One thing I do not like is the lack of ventilation in the gloves. My hands get really hot when wearing them.  Bauer offers many different color schemes with these gloves which I think is very cool.  All in All, if you want a pair of Bauer gloves I would recommend the Bauer 4 Roll Gloves because they are a bit cheaper, the "Pros" use them and I think that they are more durable than the Total One Gloves, but by no means are the Total One Gloves a bad pair of gloves.

Review of Easton E700 Hockey Helmet

Brand: Easton
Name: Easton E700 Hockey Helmet
Price: $149.99 on Hockeymonkey.com
Features:

  • Full coverage expanded polypropylene foam liner with a poly carbonate shell to provide multi-impact durability all in a low-profile look

  • Giro inspired fit system combined with plush padding for excellent stability and best in class comfort

  • A lightweight performance helmet that has excellent crush resistant properties

  • CSA/HECC/CE Certified

  • Review: The Easton E700 helmet is comparable to the Easton S19 helmet.  Although I do not own one, I have tried it on at my local hockey shop numerous times.  My first impression of the helmet is that it looks cool with the "Flat" or "Matte" black finish.  I also noticed that it is somewhat lighter than the popular Bauer 9900 helmet.  On the interior of the helmet, it is similar to Bauer's 9900 with the padding that they use.  I do think that this helmet is comfier than the Bauer 9900 and I feel that I am more protected when wearing this helmet versus the 9900.  One thing I do not like about this helmet is the design (Not the colors, they are cool!)  The design is a little too "ovally" for me.  All in All this is a great helmet with cool color choices!

    Review:
The Easton S19 has been on the market for a while.  I just bought a limited edition S19 from PureHockey for 150 dollars which is an extremely good deal.  This stick is comparable to the new Easton Stealth RS that is on the market today.  One thing I like about this stick are the square dimensions.  I feel like the square dimensions give me a better feel for the puck and allow for maximum control.  As with all Easton sticks, I would go up a flex because Easton sticks tend to be somewhat whipey. I have had this stick for a couple of weeks and so far it has been very durable and there are no signs of wear on it (I thought that there might be a lot of wear because of the stick being all white.) I like the fact that this stick is whipey because I get that extra "snap" on my shots.  All in all the S19 is a great stick and you cannot get a better stick on the market for the price it is offered.
